Closed 11/3, got to Florida with stuff and no major issues (well Rick locked the keys in the U Haul WITH it running in Maryland, but the gas station had an ex-con employed so we got them). I must say it is odd to experience 80 degrees in November, but I can get used to that! House hunting now, it is losing it's "fun" factor.
