No close
Okay so new date 10/13, what a mess real estate has become. I am stuck in NJ
So does that mean that you may be closing on 10/13, or that you're not closing? Good grief, we don't want you here in NJ. We want you in Deland so if we decide to drive again, we can stay over night. That's about 7 or 8 hours from Miami, I think.
It means we MIGHT close 10/13, something to do with my condo association not accepting FHA buyers so now HUD is involved??? Apparently a lot of condos are no longer taking FHA buyers, at my price point they are all FHA. If it doesn't go through I am going way low and getting out, I hope
