Volusia Blues
Apparently Volusia County invited over 700 teachers. I interviewed with four schools, it felt like speed dating. I am disappointed however very busy with the on-line school pursuits. It may well be I am destined to teach on-line only, sigh, but better then being unhappy. And with the economy what it is I think on-line education will grow.

I think you are good at online teaching and you seem to like it. I don't know how much you are compensated or if it is enough to allow you to live in the style to which you would like to become accustomed, but I agree that it will be more common in the future and, the not too distant future. One advantage is that you can do it from anywhere, so if you can build up enough gigs, you'll have it made in the shade, or the sun, or snow, as you prefer.
ReplyDeleteThe only problem may be my poor hurting hand. The mobility will ne nice, pay is the same anywhere so might as well live some place cheaper.
